Paper.io made a simple idea popular. You leave your land, draw a line, come back in to claim what you enclosed, and cut other players' lines to knock them out. If that's what you like about it, Bagout keeps those rules and wraps a round with a winner around them.

What Bagout keeps

• You claim territory by looping out of your land and back in.
• Crossing a rival's trail eliminates them, and crossing your own eliminates you.
• It plays in the browser on desktop or phone with nothing to download.

What Bagout adds

The biggest change is that rounds end. A battle royale seats ten players, and a green safe circle closes in four announced stages until one cube is left. Outside the circle you lose health, and kills and captures bank some healing to help you survive a crossing.

There are also 1v1 duels. You can challenge a friend, rematch the player who just beat you, or queue for a quick opponent. Around the game there are friends lists, player profiles with their records, and weekly leaderboards.

Real-money tables are optional. You can play free, or join a $1, $5 or $20 table where the last player standing takes the pot, less a 5% fee. Those tables are for adults only, where legal.

Is it the same as Paper.io?

No. Bagout is an independent game and isn't affiliated with Paper.io or its publisher. It's the same territory-capture genre, but each round is a short battle instead of an endless world. Empty seats are filled with computer-controlled players so a round can always start.
